As the busy mother of five, Jeanne Nix has more to keep up with than a pair of glasses. Now, thanks to LASIK at the Campbell Cunningham Laser Center, she enjoys 20/20 vision and one less daily hassle.

Years ago when Jeanne was working on a law degree, she noticed that her vision was becoming blurry and she began wearing glasses. “I remember taking my glasses on and off, depending on where I was looking,” she recalls. “Then there were the times I forgot my glasses…it was very annoying.”

At the time, new advancements had just become available so Jeanne began to consider Custom LASIK. “They had performed the most surgeries in the area,” Jeanne says. “In fact, I had some friends who had LASIK there, so I knew their record was stellar.”

“I was ready to get rid of the glasses,” Jeanne states. As an immediate result of her Custom LASIK, Jeanne’s vision was better than 20/20 and still is. “Since the procedure I’ve never had a problem with my vision” she says. “I don’t take my vision for granted, but since having Custom LASIK I don’t think about it anymore!”

Now Jeanne is able to keep up with her kids and enjoy a very active life with great vision. And she can enjoy martial arts, running, yoga, and running without the bother of glasses. “I recommend LASIK and the Campbell Cunningham Laser Center to all of my friends,” Jeanne says. “It’s one of the best things I’ve ever done.”
